**Responsibilities**
As our Senior Frontend Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of building cutting-edge web applications. Here's what you'll be doing:
- Craft modern, responsive web applications using React, Vue, or Angular.
- Turn design mockups into pixel-perfect UIs.
- Seamlessly integrate frontend components with backend APIs and services.
- Optimize application performance and reduce bundle sizes.
- Develop reusable components and maintain our design systems.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and accessibility.
- Lead frontend architecture decisions and tech stack selections.
- Define coding standards and best practices for the team.
- Champion the adoption of modern frontend technologies.
- Mentor middle and junior engineers and conduct technical interviews.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams.
- Ensure scalability, maintainability, and accessibility in all projects.
**Requirements**
*Technical Skills:*
- Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Next.js, Vue.js, Python, and Node.js.
- Strong command of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with modern frontend frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular.
- Knowledge of state management systems like Redux, MobX, or Vuex.
- Understanding of responsive design and a mobile-first approach.
- Familiarity with build tools such as Webpack, Vite, or Rollup.
- 5+ years of frontend development experience.
- Proven track record of building large-scale web applications.
- Deep understanding of frontend performance and optimization.
- Experience with multiple frontend frameworks and paradigms.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of web accessibility (WCAG) and SEO best practices.
